Let's enjoy having quirks together!

You're here because something felt off and you needed answers. And you know it is not the symptoms that bother you. It's actually the anxiety that disturbs you. You don't like this panicky feeling you have right now.

Here's what we know: anxiety makes everything feel worse, and our brains love to catastrophize.

But that doesn't make the spiral any easier, does it?

My experience with health anxiety taught me that managing it needs gentle grounding from time to time - like a reset button for your anxious brain. The calm wears off (don't worry, eventually it will last longer and longer), and occasionally you might need another reminder that you're okay.

That's why I send occasional newsletters to gently remind you:

  • How your anxious brain amplifies every sensation

  • Why human bodies do bizarre things (even healthy ones)

  • Weird ≠ broken - we're all imperfect, and that's fine

  • When to seek help vs. when to take a breath

  • Positive health news and advice in a world full of anxiety triggers

No catastrophizing. No fuel for the spiral. Just a friendly nudge when you need it: your anxiety is valid, your body is imperfect, and you deserve peace of mind.

Your privacy is safe here - I'm a fellow symptom sleuth, not a data collector.
